  • Very active: BMR Ă— 1.725
  • Super active: BMR Ă— 1.9

Finally, based on your selected goal, a caloric increase or decrease is applied to your TDEE to arrive at the recommended daily caloric intake:

  • Moderate deficit: TDEE – 500 calories
