Calorie Calculator

This calorie calculator provides an estimate of how many calories you’re burning each day. It takes into account your age, gender, weight, height, and activity level. Follow the steps below to calculate your calories:

How to Use

  1. Enter your age in years.
  2. Select your gender.
  3. Enter your weight in kilograms.
  4. Enter your height in centimeters.
  5. Select your activity level from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click “Calculate” to see your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).

How It Calculates the Results

The Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is calculated using the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation, which is more accurate than the older Harris-Benedict Equation. The BMR is the number of calories you burn at rest. The Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is calculated by multiplying the BMR by an activity factor that represents your daily activity level.

Limitations
